Support to Customer Service team, scan delivery notes, manage the inbox, ensure allocated to correct team.

Prioritise requests, organise and process accurately and on time..

Your team will need you to accurately invoice customer orders ensuring invoices get sent to the customer.

Pass queries to relevant team members with as much information as possible.

Pass any potential customer leads for new orders to the relevant Sales Representative / Application Specialists.

Perform daily invoicing of shipped orders, ensuring copies of invoices are sent to our Customers via email.

This is an ideal first Job for someone looking for a career in Customer Service / Business.

Essential
- Organisational skills
- Good standard in education including Maths and English with GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
- IT skills on MS Office Suite
- Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately and as part of a team
- Passion for customer service
- Team player

Desirable
- Experience in an office environment.
- Knowledge of invoicing

£18,000 salary, free on site parking, Near the A1 and A428. Nearest Station St Neots. Easy to travel to. Flu Jab, Covid testing and Covid safe office environment.
