Service Administrator (12-month FTC) – up to £18k DOE + Benefits – Edinburgh, UK

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and capable Service Administrator on a fixed-term basis of 12 months to provide efficient administrative support to Service Management. This is an exciting opportunity to transform your career with a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

The key responsibilities of a Service Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Printing and collation of engineer job books
  • Administrating the Salesforce database
  • Distributing calls for general enquiries
  • Collating payroll in relation to engineers
  • Taking responsibility for client quotation and submission administration
  • Raising of request for purchases
  • Administrating goods received notes
  • Being responsible for management and client reporting
  • Co-ordinating invoices for suppliers and sub-contractors
  • Administrating WAITAM info
  • Performing other general admin duties, including housekeeping, postal duties, stores and purchasing support, stationary ordering and travel coordination for engineers
