£21,000 per annum + monthly bonus up to £300

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team where you will work 35 per week based at our office in Purfleet.
Within the role you will liaise with Corporate Customers and Account Managers to ensure customer visits are booked in, maintaining maximum efficiency and quality always. You will strive to achieve all department targets and objectives, remain customer focused always and keep up to date with department changes.
Ensuring incoming requests and tasks are dealt with and that any issues are resolved effectively, you will liaise with Account Managers to build relationships and assist with queries, inform customers when their visit is going to be missed and ensure they receive a new date for their visit to be carried out.
We are looking for someone who has good communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as an excellent telephone manner. With previous experience in a fast paced customer focused environment, you will be highly competent in standard software packages and be able to prioritise your own workload. The ability to work using your own initiative is key, as is maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
