The Customer Service Administrator will work alongside the customer service advisors to action administrative duties and support the team when applicable.
Completing administrative duties given by the Customer Service Manager.
Checking the weekly outstanding pro forma ledger and contacting customers for payment.
Releasing back orders for previously out of stock items.
Updating spreadsheets with relevant information.
Managing, organising and maintaining a variety of different files and paperwork.
Taking and writing up notes during meetings.
Supporting Customer Service team during busy periods by taking calls and processing orders.
Processing sample requests on a daily basis.
Supporting lunch cover for the retail shop.
Any additional duties as given by the manager.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
Good listening skills.
Effective organisational skills and able to prioritise workload.
Ability to absorb information quickly.
Ability to work under own initiative but within a team.
Problem solving skills.
Data Entry/Excel/IT skills.
Knowledge of stock control, purchasing and supply procedures.
Knowledge of textile industry.
Good level of numeracy.
Hours of work - 10am – 2pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
