The Company

Satarah recruitment are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service/Administrator in Huntingdon. This is to work for a friendly, professional and well-established organisation and to provide excellent customer service and administration to the team.

The Job

  • To be the main point of contact for all tenant/contractor/client enquiries
  • Dealing with all calls in a timely manner
  • Liaise with property, finance and account managers in other teams
  • Monitor the shared inbox and to follow up queries
  • Ensure all jobs, inspections and reports are logged correctly on the database
  • Ensure all contractors complete jobs within the agreed timescales
  • To regularly update tenants on work status
  • To accurately close all jobs and update database
  • To update quality assurance records
  • Ad hoc project work
  • Potential for out of hours work

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated & ability to work independently
  • Ability to perform under pressure, by multi-tasking when required
  • Problem solver
  • Team player
  • Strong IT skills are essential, with strong Microsoft Office experience

The Package

  • Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5pm
  • Company Pension scheme - 3% employee and 3% employer contribution
