Elevation Recruitment Group Business Support is supporting a highly innovative, modern business in the heart of Sheffield as they seek to appoint like minded individuals to join their vibrant, ambitious working environment. Due to recent growth, there are currently multiple opportunities in the Customer Services Team and progressive roles for dynamic, career driven Customer Service professionals.

The business has created a truly modern and innovative way of servicing their customer base with a wide variety of niche products and services. Their corporate message aims to enforce that they are a unique business, with a unique offering who really stands out from the crowd.

The purpose of the Customer Service team is to professionally manage, with full autonomy, the customer journey with the business. To ensure customers are communicated with in the best method to suit their needs, the Customer Service team have the tools to communicate via telephone, live chat, secure messaging and even social media.

Please note this role is not based in a call centre and does not involve any sales. However, there is a very attractive bonus incentive alongside an excellent basic salary which is delivered upon performance and quality of work.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

-Respond efficiently to all customer requirements
-Assist the management team with the continual design of the community approach to engage with existing and prospective customers
-Capture and record concise information into the company's CRM system
-Hold meaningful and helpful conversations with customers, listening to their needs and thinking on your feet to provide solutions. This is not a scripted process, you will have the autonomy to provide the most efficient solutions to suit individual needs
-Administrative duties as required for the role

Key Skills Required:

-Excellent customer service skills
-Patient demeanour
-A front foot thinker able to thrive in an autonomous environment
-Financial Services experience is an advantage, though not essential
