Our client is an award winning company with an excellent reputation within its sector, and a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their small team.
As the Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for:
Efficiently and politely assist customers following house purchase, arranging contractors¿ trade recalls and arranging for in-house maintenance operatives to attend, arranging their weekly diary and work load
Contacting customers directly, either by email or telephone, to arrange for any remedial works to be carried out
Provide administration support to the Customer Care department and implementing all actions in a timely and professional manner in line with company policies and procedures
Prioritising a busy workload in a very busy customer focused environment
Implementing weekly reports for the Contracts Director
As well as a ¿can do¿ attitude and a great personality, you must also be able to demonstrate the ability to empathise and re-assure, and be able to prioritise whilst working to deadlines and have strong IT skills in order to pick up systems.
