They are seeking an ambitious, experienced, and self-motivated, Customer Service Account Handler to join their growing team.
The Role
This role will be responsible for all the administration, correspondence and day to day management of their customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the efficient handing of both inbound and outbound calls
• Ensure queries are deal with in an efficient and effective manner
Key Skills
• Ability to prioritise workload under pressure
• Good Communication and administration skills
• Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
