Satarah Recruitment is currently recruiting for our client based in Oxfordshire for a Customer Sales & Service Executive. This is for a growing business who specialise within component parts for a wide variety of sectors, globally.
The job is to help support the customers from order through to successful delivery. Providing product information and support throughout.
• Processing orders via telephone/email
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Accounts
• Manage customer concerns and complaints efficiently
• Maximise all sales opportunities from inbound/outbound calls
• Work to achieve agreed sales and growth targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales development activities.
• Participate in projects and team activities as required
• Share new product development (NPD) ideas
The Ideal Candidate
A background in Customer Service, confident processing orders and dealing with customers questions and concerns. Working in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
• Effective communicator both verbally and in writing
• Creative problem-solving ability
• Commercially aware
• Highly self-motivated and reliable
• Experience in delivering service and managing customer expectations
• Understanding of useful questioning and listening techniques
• Good relationship building with team members, internal departments and other teams
• Enthusiastic attitude, professional manner and quick learner
• Good attention to detail and accurate key board skills
