The Role: We are excited to be recruiting a Customer Relationship Co-ordinator for this internationally renowned, ethical, business intelligence provider. The role is a key supporting function to the sales and account management teams within the wider business. The company are looking for someone who can use experience in CRM and technology to look after sales reporting, sales data analysis and order processing. The coming years are going to be a very busy time as this organisation look to grow significantly, and this person will play a role in optimising the time of the commercial team. It is vital that this person is organised, structured and able to multi-task as the role will be complex and varied.

The Company: This organisation is one of the leading standard bearers in environmental and business ethics in the UK. For almost 20 years they have built relationships with everyone from Farmers to global CEO's of the world's most complex organisations. Advising those clients on environmental and ethical best practice has enabled them to build trust and credibility. They are now entering an exciting stage of their growth and development as they integrate a digital business intelligence to their product offering for the first time. This platform will enable their largest clients to access information and intelligence about these key business issues. The organisation have ambitious growth plans and will seek to take revenue from its current level to over 300% of that figure over the next 5 years.

As Customer Relationship Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include:

· Sales administration and data analysis,

· Sales reporting and order processing

· Helping sales and account management teams to deliver an first class experience

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

· 1+ year of sales support, sales administration or customer retention experience

· Exposure to a b2b business model

· Degree education (preferred)
