We have a super opportunity to manage the customer relations and PR at a highly successful and well respected property development company. You will be working on a luxury development and managing the process from exchange of the properties through to completion. The main purpose of the role is to communicate directly with the customer so we are looking for a candidate who is comfortable at providing first class customer service to ensure the companies reputation is maintained and enhanced. Main duties will include; preparing information, meeting customers on site to show them around the properties, manage customer expectations, assist with any requirements and manage the hand over process. The successful candidate must come from a sales or customer service background with property industry experience. You must be a good communicator and team player as well as IT literate.
