Elevation Recruitment Groups Business Support Practice is currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Manager on behalf of a key client, who are a firmly established financial services business based in the Rotherham area. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is seeking a role that can offer significant career development as well as an outstanding training platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all personal new business generation and administration from inception to completion in order to achieve individual targets and profitability expectations. You will have the ability to maximise up/cross selling opportunities on all applications in order to attain individual and contribute to the teams profit targets, whilst ensuring an excellent standard of customer service is delivered at all times.

Brief Duties Include:

-Discuss customer requirements and oversee applications through to completion
- Manage customer requirements in line with business objectives and expectations
-Exercise high level of sales ability and work to achieve set targets
-Incorporate compliance guidelines and work to set completion procedures

Elevation Business Support would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experience:

-Minimum 12-18 months sales/customer service experience, ideally within the financial services industry
-Able to prioritise and manage your own workload; ensuring maximum efficiency and speed for increased level of customer service
-Able to organise and implement an adequate sales/administration balance of the daily workload in order to meet the company service standard expectations
-Enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated
-Good team player; can work effectively as part of a fast paced, team environment as well as on your own initiative when required
-Strong administration and communication skills, both written and verbal
-Good working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Office Packages
-Flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
-Minimum 5 GCSEs with grades C or above in Maths and English
