Customer Relations Account Executive - Software for Education / Schools

Up to £25,000 basic (£30,000 OTE) + £3,500 car allowance + Mobile + Laptop + Company Pension + Private Medical 


++ An excellent opportunity for a results-driven client account manager ideally previous experience of selling into the education sector or software ++

The Company:

Designed in partnership with schools, we provide a smart assessment, tracking & communication web-based solution for schools, academies, MATs and local authorities. Its modular approach is designed to dramatically reduce the administration and data management burden. We also fully integrate with leading schools’ management ICT systems including SIMS, RM Integris, Facility CMIS, Scholar Pack and Wauton Samuel.

The Customer Relations Account Executive Role:

+ Office and field based role working with an existing customer base.
+ Build relationships up with renewing customers for contract retention.
+ These Relationships to result in hosts for awareness days so territories can be built to assist Business Development Managers.
+ Sell new software Modules to existing customer base.
+ Build and attend user groups to make retentions easier and to gain customer feedback on the software.
+ Working within the Customer Services Department offering assistance and support to customers via telephone, email and live chat.
+ To provide training to customers (when diaries allow).

Customer Relations Account Executive Required Key Skills/Experience: 

+ Experience within Education or an IT Software company preferred but not essential.
+ A minimum of 3 years’ Account Management experience required.
+ Outstanding communication skills as the role will include contact with Academy Trusts, Executive Head teachers, Head teachers and School Business Managers.
+ Have the ability to work independently building a strategy and plan as well as working as a member of the Customer Service and Training Departments.

Position: Permanent - Full-time or School Term Time only
Location: North Based - Hull 

Our Package:

+ Up to £25,000 basic with realistic OTE £30,000
+ Car allowance - £3,500
+ Holidays – 20 days + Bank Holidays (Pro Rata if term time only)
+ Private medical insurance/Company Pension

You might currently be working or have worked for the likes of O Track, Classroom Monitor, Target Tracker or Frog Education in the capacity of: Field Account Manager, Account Coordinator, School Software Sales, Education Software Sales, Business Development, IT Sales
