Customer Onboarding Specialist

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be helping to onboard new customers who have switched to our phone or energy services. Working closely with our Partners (who will have recommended these customers to Utility Warehouse) to ensure customers have all the right information, and make their switch to UW as easy as possible. Once the services are all set up, you'll check-in with them to make sure everything is as expected and the customer is happy.

You'll get great exposure to our Partner network and the wider business. This will help you understand our processes and means you can find solutions for our customers quickly, so their first experiences of us will be positive.

You will be consistently delivering excellent customer service with a personal touch, to customers both inside and outside the organisation.

About you

Our Customer Onboarding Specialists are integral to a smooth transfer for our new customers. We're looking for people who:

  • Adapt your communication style to describe complex problems, simply
  • Identify issues with processes or systems that are negatively impacting the customer experience and suggests solutions
  • Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and highly organised
  • Have a willingness to learn and share with the rest of the team
  • Are accountable and can own an enquiry through to resolution
  • Show experience working with customers, either face to face or over the phone
