Our client is a Community based housing organisation committed to providing high quality services to the people and neighbourhoods that we work in. They are a “not-for-profit” landlord, based in Didsbury, managing and improving approximately 6,000 homes in South Manchester.
Exciting opportunities have arisen in their busy Customer Hub for two Customer Hub Advisors and for the right people they offer a competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday. The positions are on a rota basis between 08:00 and 17:30, 35 hours per week; both are 1 year fixed term contracts.
You will be committed to providing an excellent level of customer service to tenants and leaseholders and will work effectively as part of the wider team to ensure that the service delivered is of a consistently high standard.
Working within a multi-disciplined group you will undertake contact centre duties including acting as the first point of contact to tenants and leaseholders, taking ownership of issues and queries raised.
Our client is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals that are capable of demonstrating a successful track record of customer service expertise.
The post holders will be expected to have good written, verbal communication & telephony skills, be customer focused and willing to work flexibly in a changing environment.
