Customer Experience Advisor

Our client is a global leader in data intelligence management, covering sectors such as Fraud, risk & compliance; Employee screening; customer data insights; and GDPR compliance and they now have an opening for a talented individual with commercial experience in a customer service/sales/account management role.
You will be responsible for developing new business appointments and opportunities via outbound calling, emails and social media, in turn generating revenue and profit flow across our client’s business. You will develop a clear understanding of different sector requirements and how our client’s services deliver value to these markets. You will manage daily, weekly, monthly telesales campaigns and establish up sell and or cross sell opportunities to achieve agreed activity levels and sales targets, working closely with the New Business sales team on sector led telesales campaigns.
Suitable skills and experience would be:
· Experience within a business-to-business telesales / outbound customer service operation.
· Experience of working within a target / performance-led business.
· Experience of technology-based products would be an advantage.
· Previously experience of working within a team-orientated culture, familiar with developing sales / marketing propositions
First year earnings up to £35K OTE, competitive base, plus excellent flexible benefits package
