An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Customer & Community Manager to join them at their office based in Leeds.
Within this role, you will manage the delivery of Customer & Community Services for an individual branch putting the customer at the heart of everything they do; ensuring they meet the needs of the business, the clients and customers.
In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have substantial experience of working as a line manager within a customer service environment.
With experience of developing and managing social, community or economic sustainability projects, ideally in an inner city environment, you will also have experience of project development and management, working within budgets and providing a quality service.
Candidates should also possess a full UK driving licence
