Customer Care representative - Birmingham
A Basic Level of German Speaking is required

My client, a leading global company are looking for a customer care representative to join their new location in the midlands.
Customer service is an important focus for this company so the successful candidate must have experience of dealing with customers in a confident manner.
The ideal candidate will have customer care experience and will have at least a basic level of German. However customer services candidates with strong experience who don’t have German will still be considered.
• A basic level of German Speaking
• Customer Service Experience
Candidates MUST be willing to undertake training in Germany for up to 1 month (returning every other weekend). Training will be fully expensed.
