Satarah Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator for our client based in Coalville in Leicestershire.
As Customer Care Administrator, you will work with and for the Customer Care Team Leader/Office
Manager. The team consists of 3 other Customer Care Administrators, using a database called Folio.
You should ideally have experience with hitting weekly targets and working well in a team.
* Dealing with customer care enquiries by e-mail and telephone in a professional manner
* Keeping Customer Care Logs up to date
* Inputting Sales Orders and ordering spare parts
* Arranging service calls on behalf of the client and assisting when required
* Answer and deal with calls quickly, efficiently and courteously.
* Keep up to date with all filing, ensuring the filing system is maintained in good order
* Ensure that all visitors are greeted promptly and courteously
* To carry out additional duties during periods of sickness or holidays
The Ideal Candidate
* Have exceptional communication skills
* Ability to hand difficult clients courteously
* A team player and manage a varied and demanding role.
* Display an ability to work on own initiative, have common sense, be well organised and lead by example.
* Knowledge and experience of Word, Excel and Outlook together with sound keyboard skills
* Competent and courteous telephone manner
* 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (one-hour lunch)
* Secure 3-month Temp - Perm Contract
