They currently have a number of opportunities available for Customer Advisors to join their Contact Team and provide a high level of customer service electronically and via the telephone.

Providing bill query resolution, sales and value added services to retail customers, you will deal with day-to-day contact from customers through multi medium contacts, including calls, electronic contact and external portals ensuring a timely and positive resolution. You will negotiate on outstanding balances on accounts, set up payment arrangements, promote self-service, value added services and qualify sales leads. You will also be responsible for accurately updating and maintaining customer records.

With a good standard of education, you will have a passion for good customer service and confident communication and negotiation skills. With the ability to work in a commercial environment and a pleasant telephone manner, you must demonstrate a high level of PC and keyboard skills and a flexible and positive ‘can do’ attitude to your role.
