Spidersnet is an award winning website design and build service for customers in the motor trade and Marine industry and has been created to save online retailers time and effort, whilst maximising online exposure of their stock, resulting in more business.

We are now recruiting for an Account Manager Support Exec to join the team. You will have a solid background in customer service and have a methodical and driven approach to resolving customers queries and helping to maximise growth opportunities.  Being able to work on your own whilst being an excellent team player is essential in this role.

The main responsibilities of our Account Manager Support Exec’s are:

  • To improve customer retention through exceptional customer communication

  • Build rapport with customers to enable a good understanding of their business needs

  • Provide customers training on our suite of products & systems, making the appropriate recommendations

  • Identify opportunities to increase customer spend

  • Support the Account Management team with administrative tasks.

Daily duties:

  • Answering incoming calls

  • Responding to Live Chats

  • Administering our e-mail support

  • Reaching out to customers via telephone and e-mail

  • Be the conduit between the client and Spidersnet, providing strong team representation and exceeding client expectations where possible

  • Have a clear understanding of Spidersnet’s capabilities and services and communicate all offerings to clients effectively

  • Liaise with the product and technical support to meet the needs of the client within company procedure

You will be confident, positive and friendly and have excellent telephone communications skills. You will be well organised and have knowledge and experience of MS office or Google Suite and you will be comfortable with all internet browsers.

This is a full time position however, for the right candidate(s) we would consider part time applications

In return you will receive a salary of £18,000 per year, 25 days holiday (plus statutory bank holidays) and:
