A business to business debt recovery agency based in Pangbourne is looking to recruit for their Account Management team. The company has been established for almost 30 years and is well respected in the local area as well as internationally. They work in several markets aside from the UK including other European countries and South America. The opportunity is for a person who is eager to accept a challenge and who is determined to succeed. In return for your hard work you will be trusted to work with minimal supervision and be given the authority to act on your own judgement. You will join a small, friendly team and meet the group objective of ensuring that overdue debts are collected efficiently in order to meet your client's expectations. You will manage your own portfolio of clients and this will involve speaking to people at all levels up to Director level. You will use your skills in negotiation and persuasion in order to achieve mutually beneficial solutions for both parties. As well as telephone work you will be required to keep accurate records using Microsoft and in-house applications, be methodical and takes pride in your work. The role will suit a person who has French, Italian, German or Spanish speaking skills or you may be an English speaker with excellent customer service skills. You must be happy to work as part of a small team within a family run business. There is a team bonus scheme which typically sees employees earning an extra 10% of their annual salary. There is no parking on-site but there is local parking as well as good transport links. The office is less than 5 minutes from the train station and on a bus route from Reading or Oxford.
