Accountability for the credit control function
Effectively manage a large volume of client accounts across multiple publications
Following procedures and policies to ensure timely payments
Ensuring high client retention rates by working closely with the sales team to maintain solid client relationships
Managing delinquent accounts & mitigating outstanding debt
Payment processing, account reconciliation, resolving invoice issues
Customer Service: assist clients with account issues, basic IT/access queries, delivery issues
Ensuring KPIs for are met on a consistent basis
Assist the VP with improvements in key processes, month-end reconciliations


Strong track record in:
Analyzing data trends to identify critical cases
Understanding accounting concepts & principles
Reducing outstanding A/R
Working under deadlines
Following procedures & proactively innovating solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Additional language skills advantageous
Highly organized & efficient at time management
Confident communicating with C-suite executives
Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance preferred
