Our client is a specialist outsourcing organisation offering a diverse range of products and services to the insurance, healthcare and legal sectors.
They are now looking for a Credit Controller to maximise cash collections for a portfolio of solicitor and insurer accounts. Maintaining the high standard of customer service that they pride themselves with, you will use your proactive approach to chase debt and resolve any queries or complaints that arise.
This role demands an individual who has excellent organisation and communication skills and previous credit control experience. Having worked in an office environment, you will have a strong customer focus and experience of manual data recording and filing. Experience of Sage is highly desirable however they do require you to be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Due to the nature of this role, a DBS Disclosure will be requested from the successful candidates.
