What you will be doing

* Regular updates regarding overdue client billings and credit control
* Liaising with project managers to ensure billings are raised in a timely manner and paid in a timely manner
* Credit Control duties, chasing outstanding invoices and producing statements
* Presenting information regarding billings & debtors to Head of Client Billings
* Reconcile & reporting of intercompany accounts
* Manage/provide assistance in managing particular projects
* Provide cover/assistance for Billings Administrator e.g. raising invoices, entering PO's
* Regular review of supplier proforma invoices & chasing suppliers for final tax invoices

* Effective and professional communication skills
* Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise own workload within set deadlines
* Proficient with the company's financial processes
* Accuracy and strong attention to detail
* Numeracy and commercial awareness
* Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Sage
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
