About the role

Main Job Purpose

· Collection and recovery of all overdue sales ledger debts.

· Prevention of bad debt

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain a high level of contact with internal and external customers

· Work readily with administrative tasks requiring close attention to detail and ensuring documentation is clear and legible

· Build strong interdepartmental relationships, and pay close attention to the requirements of those departments

· Work independently in a busy active environment, managing workflow and own time

· Present a consistently professional image to all customers through attitude, behaviour and personal appearance

Desired Knowledge

· ADP/Kerridge

· Motor industry knowledge

· Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

· General office equipment (fax, photocopier etc)
