Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working on an excellent opportunity with a friendly, supportive & close-knit business as they look to appoint a brand-new Credit Controller into the team!

Reporting directly into the Credit Manager, who is solely focused on ensuring you are armed with the right tools and the right training and development opportunities to be successful, you will have responsibility for the following:
*Looking after your own customer portfolio of clients (around 350 live accounts to manage and build relationships with in your own geographical patch).
*Speaking with various clients to look to retrieve old/aged difficult debt that is owed to the business.
*Re-sending out any copy invoices that have not been received and ensuring all invoice amounts are accurate.
*Building long-standing relationships with your customers to ensure prompt payment and effective communication.
*Dealing with the wider business to ensure queries are dealt with timely and effectively.
*Responding to e-mails and disputes in a timely fashion.
*Liaising with the wider business to resolve queries and try and preempt any future customer issues.
*Receiving promise of payment from your customers in order to increase company cash flow.
*Diarising callbacks and ensuring all your notes are accurately on the system, with updates regarding the customers and their accounts.
*Ad-hoc finance, business and collections duties as required
