We're a leading supplier of branded recycled plastic and paper cards, including Gift Cards, Membership Cards, Loyalty & Discount Cards, Hotel Key cards etc... used across the Hotel and Spa, Events, Leisure & Retail sectors.

The 'Creative' Account Manager / Sales Administrator Role

In this busy Account Manager / Sales Administrator role you will be responsible for processing orders for new customers (already brought in by the sales team) and as well as dealing with existing customer orders. All this happens using our CRM system which tracks orders and produces invoices.

About You:

+ Confident MS Excel skills are essential as is good maths - you'll need to be able to accurately work out margins, read price lists, calculate shipping costs etc
+ Good English (verbal and written) is essential. The majority of communication will be via email.
+ Ability to multi-task and manage your time management effectively
+ Confidence on the phone, although we appreciate this may come in time
+ Bonus points if you are educated to at least A-Level or equivalent standard in Art and Design. Use of Adobe illustrator would be amazing.
