About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a busy fleet sales team in the administration and co-ordination of the Business Centre.
  • Liaising with customers mainly by phone and e mail
  • Updating customer orders and tracking their progress.
  • Responding to online quotation requests and enquiries through various channels
  • Raising finance agreements to issue to customers and process them when returned
  • Arranging deliveries

About you

The person we are looking for will have a confident and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills enabling them to successfully liaise with people at all levels, both internally and externally. They will have a head for numbers and good attention to detail. Experience in a similar role within the Motor Industry is desirable.
