Corporate Accounts Administrator - Coleshill

The Role

My client is looking for a Corporate Accounts Administrator to join their team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for all SME accounts with fleet size of 20-400
• Support the Corporate Sales team with finding new opportunities from the existing customer base
• Processing small orders for new and existing customers
• Support other departments where necessary to resolve customer issues
• Play a key role in the on boarding of new customers, communicate with internal stakeholders, provide regular updates to new customers to ensure an excellent on boarding experience
• Maintain relationships with clients.
• Play a key role to support the corporate sales team in order to achieve targets
• Ensure that you have a thorough understanding of all products and services.
• Ensure that all customer information is logged onto Salesforce and other systems in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high quality service by establishing and upholding company values, policies and customer service standards.
• Maintain a professional and technical knowledge by attending departmental meetings, updates and participating in both product and sales training.
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing required targets and results.


Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Previous experience in the Automotive, Insurance, Fleet Management, Logistics or SaaS background.
• Previous track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Previous admin or office management experience.
• Ability to build solid client relationships.
• Strong negotiating skills with the emphasis on excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with internal departments and drive project delivery.
• Be a confident self-starter capable of upselling and cross selling to existing accounts
• Experience of Telematics or similar technologies is preferable
