Our client is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team based close to Leominster.
What will you be doing?
Working predominantly from the office with occasional site visits, you will be responsible for the overall management of various sites across the UK with duties including:
- Organising Site Labour
- Liaising with Purchasing
- Liaising with Production
- Hiring in the plant
- Writing method statements
- Ensuring all site labour has the correct training
- Building O&M manuals
- Being involved in the preparation of final accounts for submission to clients
What do you need?
You will need considerable experience managing projects and experience of structural steelwork and cladding. Construction experience working on sites is essential. You must be computer literate and be an effective communicator.
Where will you be working?
Our client, established for 40 years, design and build steel frame buildings across the UK including anything from small agricultural sheds up to large industrial units such as warehouses and retail units.
You will be working in their office based close to Leominster.

Vacancy: Contracts Manager
Salary: £33,000-£42,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience
Hours: Full time, 7:30am-5pm Monday-Friday with some flexibility required due to site visits
