We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join us at our Coventry site!

 

Based across 4 Customer sites, in your role as Contracts Manager you will commercially manage the customer contract at every level. You will ensure invoice integrity, compliance with stated processes, review utilisation making suitable recommendations for improvement, and proactively identify mutually beneficial cost saving initiatives. You will manage and lead approximately 20 OPD staff members, ensuring that all OPD Colleagues are compliant with Elis policy and procedure, Trust policy and procedure and HSE guidelines.

 

Assuming responsibility for all on-site activity, you will be the primary point of contact between Elis and our Customer, working successfully with OPD staff to ensure a seamless service.

 

A self-starter, you will be proactive in identifying improvement opportunities for improved efficiency, effectiveness and customer satisfaction, continuously reviewing growth and development opportunities to work more collaboratively, strategically and successfully. Mindful of the importance of an effective communication network, you will use your excellent communications skills to build and maintain robust communication networks and strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders and alike the OPD team and Customer Relationship Manager.

 

Accountable to the Customer Relationship Manager you will provide regular updates with regards to on-site activity, attending scheduled review meetings where pre-devised customer reports will be presented. You will ensure full transparency of ongoing activities, acting as an invaluable link in ensuring the OPD workforce remain aligned and integrated with Elis.

 

We are looking for a self-starter who is driven and motivated, possessing a demonstrable determination to succeed. With a customer centric mindset, you will be able to demonstrate strong commercial management skills and the ability to communicate with confidence and negotiate at all levels. You will have previous experience managing multiple sites, and possess strong people management skills. Confident in using your initiative you will be able to identify and remedy issues in an efficient yet effective manner, not merely rectifying faults as they arise but also proactively working to minimize the risk of faults.
