Our client is one of the UK’s largest distributors of leading branded and own-branded medical consumables to all areas of the healthcare market. Part of the fast growing FTSE 100 international and outsourcing group, they offer a range of traditional and bespoke supply chain solutions to meet their customers’ requirements in today’s rapidly changing healthcare environment.
They are now looking to appoint a Contracts Assistant to maintain customer pricing and therefore gain their customers’ confidence through the efficient and effective processing of all contact and communication.
Achieving and maintaining the highest level of procedural efficiency, you will be responsible for daily price amendments and for ensuring codes delisted, obsolete codes, code changes and supersession are made to relevant contracts, letters and labels. Cross referencing price lists for labels and conducting price list reviews, you will maintain and add cost centres, NSV and expense codes for Jit Accounts whilst carrying out price amendment correspondence to customers.
This role demands an individual who can demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, thoroughness and a methodical approach to work. Educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English, you will show a genuine interest in and make sure the needs of the customer are met and be able to monitor and manage own time to ensure daily objectives are met.
Computer literate and with excellent communication skills, you will be able to establish effective working relationships with others and present information in a clear and concise manner. They also ask that you are willing to work extra hours or help out in areas outside of the role if required.
