A Contracts Administrator is required by our Client based in Corby. This is to work for a logistics business. Do you have strong administration and accurate order entry skills? Then this is the job for you!


Main Duties:

  • Contract Administrators are required to perform Daily checks on the Warehouse Management System and accurately input data into WMS/TMS
  • Checking and updating the system
  • Allocation of order and passing orders to the warehouse.
  • Updating the diary when Customers have requested a delivery or collection.
  • Printing Palletforce or DPD labels.
  • Dispatching orders
  • Maintaining customer paperwork in the correct manner which will include filing.
  • Print labels where the order requires them


Skill and Experience required:

  • Previous administrative, contract experience
  • Good working knowledge of WMS systems
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal
  • Good numeracy and accuracy skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Analytical and good problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure as an effective member of the team
  • Uses initiative and highly motivated
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good IT skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential in this role


Desirable but not Essential skills:

  • 3PL background
  • Basic first aid
  • Basic Manual handling
  • Good knowledge of logistics industry
