Salary £17,986 per annum
37 hours per week, 52 weeks, fixed term until July 2021 – 5 roles available

They now have a number of exciting opportunities available to join them as Contract Administrators. The successful candidates will assist the Contract Co-Ordinator and the SSW Operations Manager and External Funding team to support the delivery of ESF Skills Support for the Workforce contracts, by ensuring an effective and efficient administration service is provided.
You will be responsible for the execution of the agreed administrative process and elements of compliance stipulated in the contract and so you will be expected to have flexibility, enthusiasm and the ability to meet targets, manage multiple deadlines and work as part of a team. The post holders will be required to work across the Division and will need to demonstrate clear customer service skills of a high standard.
Candidates for these roles must have recent and relevant experience of working in an administration environment and be able to take minutes and prepare meeting documentation. With a background of working in a customer focussed environment and providing excellent customer service, you must have strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, data input and excellent communication skills.
