Job Title: Contract administrator / Machinery and movement

Location: Bristol

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent.

King Lifting is a successful company providing crane hire, plant and machinery movement solutions from depots across the UK. We are proud of our family name and success within our industry.

Introduction:

We currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to be based at our depot in Avonmouth. Working on the administration of major contracts will require you to liaise with our clients and Sales & Contracts Managers to facilitate payment for those contracts.

General Duties will include:

  • Raise applications for payment and invoices and chasing overdue debts as appropriate. Ensure paperwork raised is in line with normal procedures and any queries which may prevent or slow payment are addressed in a timely manner to assist the collection of outstanding monies. Telephone & email follow up as required.
  • Speak to customers to establish their account status.
  • Manage major contract work and variation log.
  • Raise orders and contracts to clients using computer based systems and administrative processes.

The ideal applicant will have:

You must be able to demonstrate a positive, "can-do" attitude with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. A highly organised and methodical, confident person and have the capability of working effectively as part of a busy team. Previous experience of working in a contracts administration or similar role would be an advantage.

Desirable:

Previous working experience within a similar role would be an advantage.
