Contracts Administrator

Morson has an exciting opportunity for a 6 month fixed term contract role based at Wattisham Airfield, Suffolk providing Administrative support to the Wattisham contracts.

Responsibilities include:
* Routine office administration, including managing mail, correspondence and filing
to ensure all documentation and administrative output is produced in a professional and compliant manner and that the management of personnel files and employee correspondence is in accordance with company procedures
* Collation and recording of holiday, leave and sickness absence within the personnel data base
* Co-ordinate meetings including note taking
* Co-ordinate visitors access to site and arrange travel requirements and subsistence expenses for all personnel
* Assisting in preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as requested in order to support contract delivery including preparation of correspondence and PowerPoint presentations
* Responsible for keeping all department notice boards up to date
* Collation and checking of timesheets/clocking records ensuring that all inconsistencies are raised with the appropriate Line Manager
* To carry out any other tasks within capability and experience in support of the Contract as directed by the HR or Contract Manager

Candidate requirements:
* Ability to operate in a flexible, organised, consistent and committed manner with good interpersonal skills and a confident approach to personal communications with discretion and confidentiality
Previous Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience of office administration, preferably in a technical or workshop environment
* Good working knowledge of office IT applications including MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook.
