Renault Retail Group’s Head Office seeks a Customer Service advisor to join our Sales Enquiry Contact Centre, based in West London (W3).
Entitled ‘Online Enquiries Advisor’, this job involves handling phone and Internet sales leads with the objective of arranging customer appointments for vehicle test drives at one of our dealerships nationwide.
You will be working in a close, friendly and highly efficient team that handles correspondence with customers via inbound and outbound calls, email and livechat / instant message.
Representing our core brands, Renault, Nissan and Dacia, you will be promoting our product line including new and used cars, servicing / repairs & MOT, parts & merchandise and bodyshop repair functions.
Leads and enquiries can relate to any of these product lines and in dialog with the customer you will be assigning them appointment bookings at their local branch in a professional and courteous manner.
You must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide superb customer service to customers and colleagues. Leave the rest to us as full training will be provided.
If any of your previous jobs were in a call centre environment, particularly featuring appointment bookings, great! We’ll prioritise you for consideration.
However we will consider applicants with recent job experience in any customer service role with a big brand retail name.
Shift pattern and hours of work:
In this role we work 5 out of 7 days per week on a rota usually comprising
Weekday shifts are on rota, either 8am to 5pm or 10am to 7pm; Saturday hours are 9am to 6pm and Sunday hours are 10am to 4pm.
Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance. Flexibility will be required by the post holder in order to cover colleagues’ annual leave and also occasional Bank Holidays.
In return we offer a basic salary of £16,000 per annum, uncapped monthly team bonus scheme enabling additional earnings up to or in excess of £4,000 pa. Average OTE £20,000 pa.
The bonus scheme is based on team objectives (successful test drive appointment conversions, service plan promotion, mystery shop score, speed of response) and individual KPIs (data entry quality, improving existing records and de-duplication).
