THIS IS AN IMMEDIATE START - 2 WEEK BOOKING WITH A POSSIBLE EXTENSION.
I am looking for an experienced administrator/ customer service individual.
The main responsibilities for the role are as follows
Answer calls and respond to emails.
Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
Process membership applications and renewals and support the membership team to deliver effective campaigns.
Liaise with customers and members in support of new product launches and the delivery of revised membership propositions.
Administrative support of e-learning products.
Research required information using available resources.
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Provide customers with product and service information.
Enter new customer information into our systems and update existing customer information.
Process orders, forms and applications.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Transfer calls and e-mail to appropriate resource.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Complete call logs and produce call reports.
Meet service delivery and contact centre targets.
Advise contacts on products and services available.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of developments.
This is a Monday - Friday position and the working hours will vary between 8.30am – 4.30, 9 – 5pm and 9.30- 5.30pm.
