What will you be doing?

This is an important and varied job role, and as such you'll quickly take responsibility for supporting the achievement of the Compliance programme, maintaining regulatory logs, producing and analysing monthly KPI data for advisors and assisting in the production of regulatory returns. You'll also be required to check client files for document management, carry out various month end system checks and audit activity as required.

So, what are we looking for?

It goes without saying that you'll have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and be able to learn how to use new systems. You'll also need to have experience of financial services within an IFA environment. Due to the varied nature of the role it's essential that you have an eye for detail, can act on initiative and are able manage your time effectively. Telephone and written communication skills are a must as you'll be dealing with various stakeholders throughout the business.

What makes it great to work here?

We continually work hard to create an open culture that sets us apart from other firms. Our culture gives us much more of a human feel, emphasising that we're more than just suits!  We make time for each other enabling us to establish professional relationships that become lasting friendships.  In addition, through our D&I practices and programmes we work hard to ensure that difference is visibly valued and welcomed. Visit our D&I page to find out more.

Alongside a competitive salary you'll also receive a flexible benefits package so you can pick and choose between the benefits that matter most to you.

We invest a lot in our people - it's our people and culture that make it a great place to work.
