Elevation Business Support are currently recruiting for a Complaints Investigator, to join an expanding company whom are based in the Chesterfield area. The role would primarily include providing an excellent level of customer service to their varied customer base along with being responsible for a wide range of administrative duties within the current team.
The successful candidate would hold the required skill set to ensure enquiries and complaints which have already been escalated to their team are dealt with to a very high standard. You must be able to liaise confidently and professionally with customers via the telephone. You will also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written; liaising with staff, employees and external organisations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
Elevation Office Support would be keen to speak to candidates with the following skills and experience:
*Assisting customers in their enquiries, investigating complex enquiries and complaints, liaising closely with colleagues *Ensuring that all orders meet processing requirements and order prices are all correct *Dealing with complaints in a professional and productive manner *Ensuring that customers are informed of delivery times *Liaising with other departments to ensure that the customers' needs are met *Handling product and invoice queries *Providing first level technical support via telephone *Pro actively managing selected key customers, as the main internal contact point
