They are recruiting for a number of Complaints Administrators to join their growing team based in York.

As a Complaints Administrator you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of service to their valued customers. You will investigate complaints and work through to resolution, providing assurance to the operational team by assessing customer contact activities in line with the Quality Assurance audit procedures.

This role will be based from their York office 2 days per week and the remainder of the week from home.

Complaints Administrator Responsibilities:

- Record and manage complaints in line with the business complaints handling procedure.
- Document evidence to support the outcome of every complaint.
- Deal with complaints in accordance with internal standards and any external regulatory/legislative requirements such as the FCA.
- Escalate complaints to the appropriate people or organisations, in line with the business complaints handling procedures.
- Identify root causes for both individual cases and common themes, presenting opportunities to implement process improvements.

Complaints Administrator Requirements:

- Experience of dealing with customer complaints in a service delivery environment.
- Be able to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of the role.
- Delegation of relevant tasks to other members of the team.

Salary: £18,250 per annum

Type: Full Time, Permanent. York office 2 days per week and the remainder of the week from home.
