Community Economic Development Project Support Officer
Circa £23,000 - £26,000 p.a.

This is an exciting new role to explore the potential to develop the foundational economy in communities in the south Wales valleys. You will work with local businesses and community leaders to increase understanding of the foundational economy, and develop practical solutions to maximise its potential.

You'll have an in-depth understanding of community economic development and the south Wales valleys, an ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders and the community, and the ability to develop innovative solutions. You'll be well-organised, highly motivated and a good team player.

The project is funded by the Welsh Government Foundational Economy Challenge Fund until March 2021.

Closing Date: 5 p.m. 12th December 2019

Interview date: 17th December 2019
