The Cloud Sales Support Administrator Opportunity:
Due to expansion, we’re now recruiting for a Cloud Sales Support Administrator to provide full administrative support to our busy cloud business unit. The ideal candidate will be proactive and reliable with excellent communication and organisation skills with a "can do" attitude.
This is an ideal role for a candidate with previous administrative experience looking for more responsibility in a fast paced environment.
Cloud Sales Support Administrator Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensuring that all emails sent to the group address are responded to within the SLA and are logged and tracked
+ Respond to Service Delivery Staff with prices for basic quotations
+ Gain pricing for larger deals from suppliers such as BT, Virgin and others as required
+ Work with Service Delivery to ensure that all opportunity values are known and documented within CRM and the Opportunity Tracking spreadsheets for existing customers
+ Setup new login details for trial customers and those using our services
+ Track leads through to handover to the Transition Manager and then into the billing system
+ Chase service delivery managers on existing opportunities quoted
+ Manage quoting process against suppliers to ensure best value purchases and cost benchmarking
+ Take feeds from capacity planning against known orders and order equipment to ensure successful implementation "just in time".
Cloud Sales Support Administrator Required Skills and Experience:
+ Previous office administration experience is essential
+ Proficient in MS Office packages
+ Tenacious and diligent, able to follow a problem through to resolution
+ Accuracy and attention to detail
+ Excellent communication skills both oral and written
+ Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross functionally and interact confidently with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external)
+ Natural flair for delivering high levels of customer service
+ Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines
+ Team player – understands the importance of collaborative working.
+ Educated to A level standard (or equivalent).
Location: Based from our offices in St Ives, Cambridgeshire.
Hours: Monday to Friday / 08.30 to 17.00 (40 hours per week) with a half hour unpaid lunch break per day (1 hour on a Friday).
Salary: Up to £25,000 (based on skills and experience).
