As a Client Services Specialist you will ensure that a high level of post-sale service is provided to our client and internal customers, so you'll be an excellent communicator with top team working skills.
Liaising with clients to resolve disputes, queries, requests for information and other queries will be a huge part of your role; you'll also review and identify accounts for recourse and ensure that the maximum number of accounts are approved each month. This means you'll be logical with excellent attention to detail skills.
You'll be building strong rapports with clients to maximise recourse and direct payment opportunities; this means you'll have top relationship building and decision making skills.

Previous Experience * Experience of working in a regulated and TCF environment - desirable * Experience of managing external relationships - desirable
