Title: Client Services Representative

Reports to: Client Services Manager and Managing Director
Hours: 7am-3pm or 3-11pm
The Client Services Representative (CSR) supports Sales through the pick-up and delivery of work to the client office. The CSR assesses each project for deadline, price and client expectations and ensures client satisfaction. The CSR completes the administrative sales process including obtaining a customer signature for all invoiced work.
Delivers documents, packages, and other items to business establishments, other locations.
