Location: Market Harborough, Leicestershire (initially working from home during lockdown)

Salary - £22,000 to £26,000, subject to experience + 5% pension + 25 days holiday + laptop

Key Responsibilities:

- First responder in answering the telephone.
- Deal with in-bound sales enquiries. Decide the best course of action to escalate qualified prospects.
- Utilise the company's CRM system to help nurture prospective clients through the business development process.
- Help with the rapid on-boarding of new clients, by swiftly and accurately completing Know Your Client and individual identity checks.
- Supporting and working with colleagues on varied tasks and projects.

Candidates must have:
- At least 5 years B2B customer service experience
- Great attention to detail and a quick learner
- Responsive and well-organised
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
