You will join a small team of individuals in the beautiful settings at Levans Hall near Kendal!
This position is Full time working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm earning a generous salary of £21,000 per annum (relating to experience). You will also receive 24 days holiday + life cover + future opportunities to enter a fully funded Qualified Advisor programme!
Previous experience in a Client Servicing role is highly desirable but not necessarily in the Financial Services industry although this would be an advantage. However, because we have a bespoke training scheme geared towards high quality Customer Service delivery, we would consider someone with little experience in our industry but who has the potential to develop. A good dose of common sense will go a long way too!!
Key duties will include (but not exhaustive as this is a very varied role);
• Client contact work via emails/phones/face to face
• Work as concierge to your team preparing visitors for meetings etc
• Sending forms to insurance companies / investors
• Paper and IT based administrative duties
• Client servicing experience within a similar role
• Administrative experience within a similar role
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Willingness to learn and progress
