Client Services Administrator is required for a thriving Exeter based business. This role sits in between the legal and customer services team and will require someone with excellent customer service skills and experience as well as superb admin skills.
You will be required to handle sensitive and confidential information and will deal with at times some disgruntled people, therefore finely honed communication skills are of the up most importance.
You will be required to liaise with the legal team, and will be responsible for updating legal information on the CRM system, as well as filing documents, contracts and paperwork.
With your previous customer relations experience you should be highly articulate and able to remain calm and professional at all times, providing a coherent, honest, and helpful service.
