Client Reporting Executive - 18 Month FTC - 38789

NGA generates £7m revenue, with an approximate 70% margin, and is a growing part of the Nielsen business currently servicing approximately 50 Clients locally & globally. International licenses through NGA allow our Clients to receive multi country data, which enables Clients to analyse across markets.

The Global Ad Intel Client Reporting Executive will be accountable for the overall management of quality checks, client scope production/delivery improvements and will work with TCS to secure harmonisation and loading process.

Key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Attend production meetings and where necessary handover meetings with the Development & Commercial Teams.
  • Where necessary liaise with TCS to ensure work is completed on-time, allowing Nielsen to deliver on-time.
  • Perform relevant parts of this process before each delivery, gaining sign off from BAU & Client Liaisons.
  • Ensure reports are delivered as per schedules complete and with communication where necessary.
  • Effectively escalate major issues with the NGA Operations Manager.
  • Support the adoption of new processes and new tools.
  • To assist with Client queries, relating to the allocated reports, providing feedback to the Commercial Team.
  • UAT where needed outside of the Analyst group.
  • Training of peers and TCS Team.

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Mathematical/statistical background
  • Ability to communicate requirements clearly to stakeholders within and outside NGA Production team
  • Ability to communicate and work with associates at all levels in the organisation
  • Ability to build relationships across countries and cultures to establish a network
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Confidence to recognise when escalation is required to avoid a late delivery and client disappointment
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to work under pressure and to ask for support when required
  • Process driven - ability to define and refine processes to ensure continual improvement in quality and on time delivery
  • PC literate
  • Ability to work as an individual and as a part of a team
